The Tile Council of North America (TCA) named Peter C. Johnson Jr. as its 2005 Tile Person of the Year. A 30-year veteran of the industry, Johnson is the only TCA member ever elected president three times. He is also widely credited for expanding the success of Summitville Tile in the ‘80s. Today, he runs Architectural Ceramic Products, a distributorship in Boardman, Ohio.
Traditions in Tile and Stone recently awarded Don Wilson, its vp of operations, for 20 years of service. Wilson started his career with the firm as a branch manager and has, through the years, contributed to the growth and success of the organization, the company said in a statement.
