Adani was formerly plant manager of the Florim Group's Italian company, Rex. Black was previously vice president of Florim USA's American Florim and Gold Seal brands. In his new role, he will oversee sales activities for the Esquire, American Florim, Gold Seal and Finale brands. Florim USA has announced two executive personnel changes: the appointment of a new plant manager, Giancarlo Adani, as well as the creation of a new position, vp of distribution sales, which Clyde Black will fill.
