Green Mountain Soapstone Corp. offers a new line of Vermont hand-carved 12-by-12-inch tiles, as well as other custom hand-carved items. The manufacturer's soapstone comes in soft charcoal with subtle crystals, or dark green with light, flowing veins. Custom design work can include soapstone countertops, kitchens, bathrooms, surrounds and restoration work.
