Modeled after a well-known D-I-Y corporation, the newly opened Power Team International flagship store in Garden Grove, CA, features porcelain tile products from China, manufactured under the Power name. The tiles, to be sold direct to dealers, distributor and end-user consumers alike, are offered in three colors and four sizes.

Additionally, the company's stone tile line, imported directly from Vietnam, consists of special travertine, cultured stone and rock products.

President and ceo Tom Vu says what sets his company apart from other D-I-Y operations is a knowledgeable sales staff that will enable customers to investigate different methods and types of flooring installation. It will be accessible to contractors, other flooring dealers and do-it-yourselfers.

Furthermore, the company's corporate officers said they would like to see the Westminster store service the large Vietnamese population in the area.

As part of its expansion plans, Power will be selling these products nationwide and is currently seeking national distributors. Future sites include locations in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Arizona.

Power Team International also stocks wood flooring products, accessories, building and setting materials.
