Chris Walker, Vice President Northeast Region


Phil Halcomb, Senior Vice President

Chris Walker has joined David Allen Company as vice president of the Northeast Region. Walker has been involved in the tile, marble, and terrazzo industry for more than 24 years and recently served as Vice President and Branch Manager of a similarly sized tile, marble, and terrazzo company in the Northeast. He is chairman of the ANSI A-108 Committee, a member of the NTCA Technical Committee, and chairman of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group for the International Standards Organization (US TAG-ISO-TC-189). Walker is responsible for the D.C. area branch office.

Joe Kim, Director of Marketing and Estimating

Phil Halcomb, who established the D.C. branch office in 1987 and has managed it for the past 24 years, has been promoted to Senior Vice President with responsibility for business development for the D.C. market area.

Joe Kim, a 24-year and second generation employee, has been promoted to Director of Marketing and Estimating in the D.C. market area. He will oversee estimating and job procurement.
