Arley Wholesale to host Annual Tile & Stone Expo
Arley Wholesale, Inc., a family-owned, third generation wholesale supplier of tile, stone, glass mosaic tiles and installation materials, will host its 9th Annual Arley Wholesale Tile & Stone Exposition Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at the Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel in Scranton, Pa.
The exposition, which opens at 10 a.m., will close closes out a three-day event that includes the Arley Golf Classic on Monday.
After hosting a record-setting exhibition in 2010 despite a down year overall for the tile and stone industry, Arley Wholesale’s regionalized format featuring only products and materials currently in-stock or immediately on the way, “has proven to be a tremendous draw for dealers and retailers,” the company noted. With nearly 30 tile and stone manufacturer reps on-site this year representing over 100 individually labeled installed floorboards, over 100 concept boards, 70 grouted panel sets, multiple vignettes and much more, “Arley’s annual event has become the ideal replacement for long and costly national exhibitions,” the company added.
“We couldn’t be more excited about continuing the Arley Wholesale tradition than we are for this year’s event,” said Scott Levy, executive vp of operations at Arley Wholesale. “We had an incredible turnout last year, and we’re already expecting this year to be even bigger and better. We expanded the show floor and SKUs on display, offering an even easier method of selecting and ordering products. As always, we’ll have a long list of great deals and specials available for our customers to select from.”
Arley Wholesale has negotiated guaranteed rates on room rental packages with the Scranton Radisson and other hotels in close proximity. The Radisson Lackawanna Station provides free shuttle service to and from Scranton/Wilkes-Barre International, located just 10 minutes from the hotel.
