Nuheat and Granite City Electric have called on customers and vendors for donations of warm clothes and toiletries for those using the New England Center for Homeless Veterans (NECHV).

BOSTON, MA - Nuheat, a manufacturer of electric floor heating systems, and Granite City Electric have partnered to provide crucial winter donations to the New England Center for Homeless Veterans (NECHV).

Nuheat and Granite City Electric have called on customers and vendors for donations of warm clothes and toiletries for those using the NECHV. The veteran-specific shelter offers vital services to the region’s homeless military heroes and encourages self-sufficiency in their daily lives. These donations are imperative to the shelter’s clients that are either homeless or transitioning to permanent housing. Collection boxes are at the following Granite City Electric locations until December 19, 2011:
  • 450 Western Ave, Boston
  • 19 Quincy Ave, Quincy
  • 3 Industrial Park Rd, Plymouth
  • 250 Revolutionary Dr, Taunton
  • 22 Station Ave, Brocton
Granite City Electric has a history of honoring the sacrifices and contributions of veterans. The company also works with the Plymouth Career Center’s Veteran Affairs division to fill Granite City Electric jobs. The Nuheat and Granite City Electric partnership is another act confirming the electrical distributor’s dedication to the region’s veterans.
