LEXINGTON, KY --Florida Tile has completed the Web site load-in of a new program for professional interior designers only that will serve as a source of product information and design inspiration. The announcement is the latest in a series of year-long initiatives by Florida Tile to reach out to the commercial community.

According to Sean Cilona, Florida Tile marketing director, the service is a partnership with TODL.com, an international trade-only design library. "This searchable design catalog library provides more than 53,000 A&D specifiers with instant access to thousands of product images and specifications for their contract, hospitality, residential & green projects.

"Given our ongoing outreach to the professional community, Florida Tile immediately identified with TODL’s mission to get the specification information trade professionals need to make decisions quickly," continued Cilona. "This is a free service, but only to qualified trade professionals such as interior designers, architects, facility managers and professional buyers." (TODL's members specify all types of design, new construction and remodeling projects around the world. These projects include hotels, airports, private residences, nursing homes, convention spaces, schools, retail shops and many more.)
"Via two-way web links, member designers can connect directly to Florida Tile or from our site to TODL," Cilona explained. "As of today we are now live with all of our product lines uploaded with room scene images and information."

"Here’s how the process works," said Cilona. "Members have their own login page. From there they can review project folders and find other important information and make direct links to the newest manufacturers and special offers and product information. Members can easily find manufacturer brands. One can search by brand category, alphabetically or by brand name. The Inspiration Gallery features the top installation images from manufacturers, neatly categorized for easy viewing."

According to Cilona, "Members can manage entire projects with information, folders and images from the site, and even upload their own information, from images to Excel files, thus allowing A&D professionals to easily find products for the active projects they are searching. Products can even be saved to project folders directly from the search pages."
