SOLIGNANO, ITALY -- At the next edition of Cersaie, the world’s most important ceramic exhibition, which is scheduled to be held at the Bologna Exhibition Center from September 23 to 27, 2019, Flaviker will be presenting its Nordik Stone and Nordik Wood collections, inspired by the typical materials of Northern European architecture.
With Nordik Wood, Flaviker has continued its efforts to develop distinctive wood-look ceramic surfaces, a highly authentic solution that brings style and personality to any installation. Inspired by reclaimed wooden planks with all their imperfections and wealth of heterogeneous details, these surfaces are ideal for use in the strictest and most minimalist contexts. The collection’s expressive potential is further enhanced by details that reproduce the original material with astonishing realism such as contrasting cracks with an almost three-dimensional appearance.
Elegant and informal, Nordik Stone is inspired by Belgian sedimentary rocks and shellstone. The resultant ceramic surface has a rustic-chic look with small fossil inclusions and subtly contrasting vein effects.
These two versatile ceramic collections are complemented by a wide range of technical solutions essential for use in contemporary design, as well as the new Domino decorations in which stone and wood are combined in the form of a novel digital inlay. This fresh and original collection was specially designed for the bathroom and exploits Flaviker’s well-known material crossover effects.
Flaviker will be located in Hall 18, booth A20/B19.
