Leica Geosystems has announced a major upgrade for the Rugby 200 construction laser, featuring a 60 percent brighter beam. With its boosted output, the product is rated as a Class IIIa laser device. With its super-bright beam, the Rugy 200 has a working range of up to 1,000 feet, plus a plumb beam for 90-degree layout work and a plumb-down feature for setup over a point.
