Graber brings to GerrityStone a unique and well-rounded set of experiences and skills in architecture, construction, and sales, the company says, as well as being involved in industry associations such as the International Furnishings and Design Associations(IFDA), Burlington Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) and United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
Graber’s responsibilities include developing plans and strategies to achieve GerrityStone's sales goals, guide and manage the sales team, and assist in the acquisition of new clients with the sales team.
Schena started his career at GerrityStone as an account sales representative specializing in kitchen and bath working with dealers and contractors. With this promotion to Vice President of Sales, he is responsible for the acquisition and management of new clients along with assisting the account sales team with the same task. He is also responsible for managing the revenue and developing strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.
