The foundation of the ClearPath® starts with the ClearPath® Drain Plate and the TI-ProBoard®. The drain plate comes with integrated drain assembly, waterproofing mat and is pre-pitched for proper sloping. TI-ProBoard® is a composite structural underlayment that offers the ability to install ClearPath® directly on top of the floor joists. TI-ProBoard® was originally developed for tiling exterior decks and offers a Commercial Floor Rating.

The ClearPath® Curbless Shower Pan System is the latest addition to the Fin Pan offering of PreFormed®/ProPan® Shower Pans, Niches, Seats, ProPanel® Lightweight Waterproof Backer Board and Util-A-Crete®/ProTEC™ Concrete Backer Board. Fin Pan was the first in the industry to offer "Custom" shower pan availability that could be produced within a week. The PreFormed®/ProPan® Shower Pans are IAPMO certified and have UPC listings. ProPanel® meets all industry standards for waterproofness and is an affordable option into the lightweight (6 lb.) backer board market.
