Ceramiche Piemme Introduces Abbey Road Collection
MARANELLO, ITALY -- In the latest collection of stoneware tiles and slabs Valentino by Ceramiche Piemme, Abbey Road takes its cue from the famous Beatles icon-photo, immortalized in the namesake street in London. Quite apart from the musical tribute, the geometric alternation of black and white marble creates a strong-impact optical effect to convey personality and strength to the walls.
The 60- x 120-cm slabs also provide different installation combinations thanks to two versions, which reverse the alternation of black and white. Combined with majestic tile floors -- in the “Apuanian White” and “Royal Nero” finishes -- Abbey Road wall tiles and slabs make it possible to design refined and modern environments, even in public buildings.
Designed by Valentino by Ceramiche Piemme researchers, the Majestic collection is inspired by the textures of marbles such as Carrara, Grigio Verona, Nero Levanto, Onice, Nero Marquinia and Bianco Arabescato. Large tiles and slabs interpret the veins of marble in eight shades with more than 150 different graphics to simulate the heterogeneity of the natural materials. The numerous sizes and finishes can be combined with decorations, mosaics and wall tiles in extra-fine white body.
