NEW YORK, NY -- Matthew Coburger is the director of product merchandising at Nemo Tile + Stone. His journey within the tile industry has been focused on leveraging a forward-thinking approach to modernizing marketing and brand messaging for the industry’s largest players. Utilizing his keen eye for creating artful and enticing content, Coburger spearheaded the launch of an entire e-commerce department, one of the first in the tile industry. The initialization of this marketing approach not only prompted a new industry standard for relaying messaging, products and brand capabilities to interior designers and architects, but served as the example to follow for competitive companies, including Nemo Tile + Stone’s.
Ten years following the start of his career, his current position at Nemo Tile + Stone has focused on strengthening the customer experience, creating a streamlined process that draws repeat customers. In doing so, Matthew has guided the redevelopment of the brand’s sampling service, handling all aspects from packaging to creating incredibly rapid turnaround times for samples.
