We are in summer and it is good to dream about trips in exotic places, full of intriguing atmosphere.
In the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, we find the second-longest coral reef of the globe, an incredible sea, long beaches, and a rich and fascinating cultural tradition. Surrounded by the first Mayan settlements and impressive archaeological sites.
The Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort, located in Cancun, is located in a splendid position overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This is a luxury resort with an excellent spa, golf course by Jack Nicklaus and many other leisures.
Immersed in the lush gardens, we find a swimming pool of over 10,000 square meters, structured in various areas -- the Jacuzzi where you can rest and reinvigorate yourself, a swimming pool with hydrotherapy, a site dedicated to the whole family where you can have fun with water games, and other pools where you can swim in large and charming spaces.
The long and sinuous swimming pool, which winds around the greenery, was made of Sicis Murano glass mosaic of various collections and shades. The tesserae amplify the brightness and brilliance of the water, like a private sea in which to immerse yourself to cool off from the hot Mexican sun.
The walkable areas adjacent to the pools are also in mosaic with anti-grip tiles. A special treatment that avoids to slip.
This water sculpture is an example of how mosaic can make such a magical place even more special.
