The new Concept collection from Cas Cerámica is a collection full of colors with effect worn. Concept mixes different geometrical designs in different colors. Antracita is the most demanded model, in blue, gray and dark gray tones. These tiles have no calibers, with a desired thickness so you can create incredible designs which continue from the ceiling to the floor. In response to the ever-increasing market demand, the M S International, Inc. (MSI) design team curated four new porcelain lines. Among them, Pietra Bernini, a glazed tile collection, was inspired by travertine — complete with fossilized veining in whites, creams and warm gray hues.
Nemo Tile presents the Imprint collection, which showcases varying three-dimensional tile depths (7, 10 or 13 mm) to create intricate patterns. Available in two shapes — hexagon and muretto — as well as a variety of textures, the collection can be mixed and matched to create unique looks, including ribbed surfaces resembling corduroy or metallic designs. The line also comes with a nature-inspired accent piece with an imprinted wood grain pattern, providing designers a platform to develop unique applications.
Shaw Floors considers its 2017 tile collection the most significant in the company’s history. Among the introductions are larger 18- x 36-inch tiles, which improve the speed of installations and enhance visual appeal with fewer grout lines. Also included is a wide selection of contemporary visuals, such as concrete, metals and other cutting-edge looks, as well as an extensive assortment of decorative accents. Among the large assortment of new introductions is Stellar. This striking visual is a porcelain tile reflecting a fusion of ancient bedrock and modern stained concrete.
SomerTile recently released its new Saja series that is reminiscent of tin ceiling tiles.
Designed by interior architect and furniture designer, Francisco Segarra, these tiles are a true reflection of vintage industrial design. Inspired directly by a series of oxidized metallic molds that were originally used to shape ceiling plaster moldings, these tiles are offered in two colorways. Named after the Saja River in Spain, they feature a glaze that has a weathered, worn look. The centering raised floral design offers a dimensional eye-catching look — making them ideal for numerous interior applications.
L’H, a new collection from Viva, derives from the interpretation of salvaged varnished wood, with scratches and wear-marks occurring throughout the line to give it a touch of originality. The outcome of lengthy research and new technologies, L’H combines structural and stylistic qualities that generate a wide sweep of compositional potentials. Offered in four natural colors — Bianco, Grigio, Cenere and Nero — the L’H collection is destined to bestow originality and warmth on refined, sophisticated design schemes in both private and public locations.
Walker Zanger introduces its Sequoia Collection. These brushed and honed porcelain tiles use next generation Italian digital glazing technology to emulate Sequoia stone, incorporating tactile textures exactly like striations in the stone. The collection offers all the durability and versatility of porcelain tile in a variety of hues — Almond, Black, Gray and Puro — which natural Sequoia stone cannot provide. It is available for flooring and wallcoverings with designs of traditional horizontal planks, herringbone or even mosaics.
