Bostik’s Ultra-Set® Advanced
Bostik’s Ultra-Set® Advanced is a one-part, trowel-applied, elastomeric waterproofing, crack isolation and sound reduction membrane. It is approved as a waterproofing membrane in wet areas prior to the installation of ceramic, stone tile or hardwood. It may be applied over properly prepared concrete, structurally-sound exterior grade plywood, cementitious backerboard, vinyl/VCT or ceramic tile, or some gypsum-based underlayments. Ultra-Set® Advanced is to be used as a waterproofing membrane, but isn’t intended to reduce subfloor moisture or moisture vapor transmission.
RedGard® Waterproofing and Crack Prevention Membrane
RedGard® Waterproofing and Crack Prevention Membrane manufactured by Custom® Building Products is a ready-to-use, liquid-applied membrane that provides a continuous waterproof barrier and reduces crack transmission in tile and stone floor installations, including steam showers. This heavy-duty product is designed for both interior and exterior substrates. When RedGard is used as part of a qualifying system of Custom products, the tile installation can qualify for up to a lifetime system warranty that covers the cost of replacing installation materials, tile and labor.

KeedeRoll™ 300 by Dependable LLC is a waterproof uncoupling mat designed to keep tiles isolated and prevent cracking, while protecting your subfloor from moisture damage. Moisture can create a hazardous environment in nearly every subfloor making waterproofing a critical part of any flooring system. KeedeRoll™ 300’s fabric is a triple laminated geotextile, which forms a completely waterproof membrane directly under the entangled net core.
Laticrete® 125 Sound & Crack Adhesive
Laticrete® 125 Sound & Crack Adhesive is a superior crack prevention/sound isolation adhesive mortar designed to achieve high Delta IIC ratings and independently tested to ASTM E2179. While simultaneously protecting the surface finish from any cracking in the substrate, it also provides sound transmission protection. Equipped with lightweight technology and reinforced with Kevlar® to provide maximum strength and durability, 125 Sound & Crack Adhesive is able to take the place of costly, time consuming thinset, membrane or mat combinations.

Fracture Guard FD is a low VOC
Fracture Guard FD is a low VOC, fast-drying crack isolation membrane specifically formulated by Merkrete for same day tile installations.
